Programs for Teens "The more closely we are joined with God, the happier we become." (Divine Providence)

The New Church of Concord has a Sunday school program and Youth Group that caters to teenagers.  It combines a monthly class at church together with service projects.  Our believe is that providing age appropriate education together with real world service provides our teenagers with the balance just right for their stage of life.

Teen Sunday School - "Isaacs"

Our Sunday school program known as "Isaacs" consists of parent and Pastor led classes based on programs provided by the New Church.  These classes currently meet once a month on Sunday morning at 9:30am.   Along with studying stories from the Bible some other materials we have used are:

• Building Healthy Relationship (A "Journey program" based on the Sermon on the Mount)
• Discovering the New Church (Exploring seven fundamental teachings of the New Church)
• The Dole Notes (Classes on selected topics and Bible stories)

Youth Group

Our service projects range from participating in our own church community projects (such as pancake breakfasts, work parties, and outreach events), to participating in interfaith and larger service oriented programs in the area.
